There's an interesting set of torque v speed plots in the manual for the
centent cn0143 driver at <http://www.centent.com/_private/cn0143> It's a
big (552k) .pdf file. It shows the performance of a number of motors when
used with this driver.
You should remember that these plots are from a 10x microstepping driver
but most show nearly constant torque to about 2k rpm and drop off rapidly
after that.
