Yes, but only for the X and Y nuts. I have looked at the Z, and it
looks possible, but I have not tried it yet.

X and Y are a snap, dont even need to make any fixtures since the
original nuts can be used for that.

Mine have been used now for several months, altough not heavy use, and
still seem fine.
