Hello Bill and Ballendo.
I always appreciated Ballendos comments because of his technical foundation.
I suggest you Ballendo first to start to like yourself.
I know several really good technicians who can not come along with other
people.
And the basic reason is that they do not like themselves. Mainly because
of some
frustration that poisons their hearts.
Go in yourself meditate and work on your attitude.
I warmly recommend you the book from OG MANDINO "the greatest salesman in
the world"
from 1968. It helped me very much.

And trust me I know what I talk about. I am myself a sun of a sun of a b....
.... grandson and grand grandson of SOB.s.
Good technicians but damn haughty.

Unless you accept yourself, you will get clear with other people.
