pcb routing tools

Greetings all,
I have been experimenting with small bits for routing parts and the best
ones I have found so far are the ones I got from my dentist. He donated
several new bits to me after my last session with him. They are beautiful
small solid carbide bits. The only trick seems to be finding a collet to
chuck them in. I have been trying to use my air die grinder as the router
power. An old dental wand would be ideal as it is turning in the rpm range
these bits were designed for.
