EMC web page is better

EMC folks,

The EMC web page is back on-line, as far as I can tell. If you can't get
to it let me know ASAP. The old URL won't work until the aliases get set
up, so here's the new official one:

http://www.isd.mel.nist.gov/projects/emc

Hopefully the aliases will be set up soon so that references to the
original EMC URL on other sites won't go stale.

The FTP site is still off-line, but I set up a directory on the web site
that you can get via your browser. It is a simple directory, so its
contents will be listed as if you were on a true FTP site. The URL is:

http://www.isd.mel.nist.gov/projects/emc/distributions

In the distributions directory is a linux_2_0_36 directory containing
the 30 August release. Note that you may have to SHIFT-click files in
here so that your browser prompts you for the place to save it;
otherwise the binary contents may appear on your screen.

Let me know if this works or doesn't work, either way.
