Gerber/HPGL/DXF -> gcode

For those guys who were looking for Gerber-> gcode a few
weeks ago,

CamExpert now does Gerber -> gcode for Windows & Linux.

Unfortunately its for 2-1/2 D gcode only, but its hard to beat
the price if it works.

In particular, it does:

Imports:
- DXF
- HPGL
- Gerber

Exports:
- gcode
- DXF
- HPGL
- custom formats
