Hello Bill, Ballendo and the list.
There is already a really good collection of information in the faq page of our group.
I want to propose that we put a directory file into the faq page with email direction,.
name, telephone and fax no. and perhaps mailing address and web page
It would be everybody's own decision to sign in. But perhaps it could ease communication.

Ballendo what progress makes your book? I want to suggest 2 ideas. Mention dimensions and values
in both imperial and metric system. Before you publish the book perhaps you put it there o discussion
for to erase the one or other mistake or add something.

For a long time I was thinking to make a collection of practical hints in relation with
mechanical and engineering work. I never get to do it because always there is something
more important up front.
Here are so many good brains in this group that it would be a really
good idea to make a collection of tricks and hints a purpose of this group.
Most of all it should be of public use so it could be collected in a web page
and when it is mature it could be printed as book and translated into other languages.

Do I shoot to far?
