beginner need help with CNC Pro

Using Turbocad I have drawn 2 circles, one inside the other. The file
is saved as a DXF file.

first, I want CNCPro to cut the inside circle in a anti clockwise
direction, 1/4" deep.
Then the out side circle in a clockwise direction 1/2" deep, both
with a max cut per pass of 1/8".
How do I do it???
