The same firm for "way-covers" makes nifty flexible "cable covers" which roll
nicely as the machine-parts move along the ways. I have used them on large
X-Y machinery and it looks neat and protects the cables inside nicely. They
can be ordered with all kinds of "custom" end-fittings spot-welded on, etc.
Gortite. Or AA Mfg.
They have a "site". Look it up via some search-engine!
