I have an RF amplifier that was built for US & export.
There is no neutral involved in it's operation. That is, every blower motor
and fan motor is 220 v. The connection is three wire - with no separate
neutral, only a safety ground. I think that in some countries there would be
no 110 volts ( measured to neutral ) or ground. There may be an active
contributor on this list that lives where you intend to go. If so, profound
wisdom should prevail.
