Welcome to the group.

First I would suggest you dig into the FAQ (URL below) and especially follow
some of the links on the "Great collection of resource and reference links.
AKA: Bill's (the list mom) collection of links" That is at the bottom of the
FAQ page.

Next, saying complete conversion package and reasonable prices is sort of an
oxymoron. Generally a turn key complete package will be expensive. You can
part together your own package for a pretty reasonable price and may on this
list have done just that and will be glad to help you do it also. Advantage
of a complete kit is that you just follow the instructions and it should
work, disadvantage is you have to pay someone to support it and make all the
easy instructions available. Advantage of a roll your own kit is you can
optimize things to your needs and save money, disadvantage is you have to do
a lot of learning to understand all of it.
