chuck popping off

Thank you all for the advice about the Jacobs chuck popping off.
I will be honest and say "I was indeed milling with the chuck". (Im
a lathe guy by training, and just fell in love with the mill so am
learning as I go). I will get those collets cleaned up and only use
the chuck for drilling.
