Yes, I have a device that operates servo motors from the parallel port.
It is only supported by the EMC CNC program right now, but the specs are
published, so others could support it in the future. It uses IEEE-1284
features of the newer parallel ports to speed up the I/O.

You would still need servo amplifiers suitable for the specific servo
motors.
