I'll only reply to this one reply.

It often takes only one citizen who disregards one neighbor's peace who
really gets ticked off, and having nothing better to do, works to get a
nasty ordinance on the books. It is pretty easy to get a regulating
ordinance passed. Pretty hard to get rid of them, however.

Have fun creating stuff, but respect highly other creatures who are created
in the image of God.
