Excellent idea... but I just went there and it appears you have to be a
member to read the files. As was discussed before on similar
Yahoo sites, the pages should be set up (by you) to be read publicly
(without joining), but you must join to be able to post (in order
to keep the junk postings out).

I hope you'll fix that, as a Blueprint & Plans site is a great idea.
