Hello
I have purchased some Slo-Syn Stepper motors rated at 5.1v 1.3A,
110 oz/in.
Type = M091-FC-315D
Spec = B-1878-7853-C
Class B Insul
Steps = 200
This is all the info I have on this motor!
I have also purchase AlZanti 4 phase unipolar driver PVP134
The diagram shows load resistors to prevent the coil winding over
heating.
The formular:
R = +V motor - rated winding voltage
--------------------------------
rated winding current
Question :
Is (rated winding voltage) the voltage of the stepper motor ie 5.1V?
IS (+V motor) the input voltage from the power supply?
Is (rated winding current) the stepper motor current ie 1.3A?
Or do the winding voltage, current, etc have different values?
I know this sounds realy dumb but I think it could be the wording on
the diagram has confused me a little..... LOL
Thanks in Advance
