New EMC binaries for BDI

BDI users

The Aug 1 BDI EMC binary that I put up on linuxcnc.org/dropbox was missing
the rcs library. I put a new set of files there -- bdi8-1bin.aaa+. They
are split up for sneakernet. There is also a text file for how to install
a tarball like this.

When you get a chance download (3.2 Meg) and test them for me.

BTW I made a little bet at NAMES with Bill (listmom). I figured
that if I sent out bdi cd's with a return envelope for payment rather than
pmt up front, I'd probably loose $10 bucks on the deal. Bill said I
wouldn't loose any.

Bill was right. Several not only paid for the disk but sent development
money as well -- a great bunch of folk! Thanks.
