There is an ".ini" file that has several hundred lines of parameters which
can
be set to optimize each configuration. There is a default and a maximum
velocity parameter, and a default and maximum acceleration. You set these
(in user units/second and units/second^2) to the value that works reliably
on
your machine. unfortunately, there is only one setting for the whole
system,
it can't be set differently for each axis.

If you are asking how to write the 'G-code' for this, you don't have to.
ALL
moves are made with the default acceleration up to the programmed feed
rate.
