Ivan,

A post processor is used to output code for a given machine or a similar
group of machines that use the same G code. Before you start your output,
you need to select the proper post.

In many cases you would put the file to a disk and then use another program
to send the file to the machine. In all cases you would need to select the
proper post to create the correct code.

DNC is just a program that allows you to send files from your disk to a
machine.

In all cases you will need to specify a specific Postprocessor.
