I insist on a truce when you come close to flaming an individual. You can
refute his ideas, but the person is off limits.

This is a very hard and fast rule on this list. The next step take is to ban
the guilty from the list.
This has been the rule since the list was started, and will not change,
and it will it be unenforced.
