Bill

Yep. The problem is that the new tarball and the new BDI use a different
rcslib than the old. The EMC seems to latch onto the first one it
finds. If you rename the original /usr/local/rcslib to /usr/local/rcslibx
then the new stuff will search for it's own but the old won't work.
