Yep! Beautiful piece of power-transmission history.

Hopefully, yours still has the 'instruction' plate on it.
Heed what it says and adjust the speed ONLY when the
input-shaft is turning.

If you're curious, take the top off and have a look
inside. It's an extremely well-made device. Careful
of the thin paper gasket getting the top off. :)
