I have done extensive work in the past with this bus and high speed test
equipment.
It is very slow. With a pentium 200, we saw delays of several hunderd
milliseconds
in communicating with the equipment. We ened up converting to inexpensive
digital i/o boards controlling relays etc. I think the cheap digital i/o
boards would be
a much better approach.
