I use the motto bigger is better. Seriously, my guess is that servo that has
a continuous rating of about 50 in/oz and can peak at 250 in/oz or better
will be plenty.
Have no idea what use a brake would be on most servo installation. Don't
have one on my Shoptask or Bridgett and they seem to be getting along just
fine.
