CNC Milling

I am currently looking for a small milling machine. The "Rong Fu"
Drill & Mill machine seems to be my best candidate (model RF-31N2F).
Does anyone has a better suggestion for another brand or model? Also,
I was thinking about converting the machine into a CNC milling
machine. What do I need for the conversion? Is there a complete "kit"
where I can just install it onto the milling machine (preferably the
one that can be controlled by a Windows based PC)? Thank you very
