I have a full set of Enco NMTB 40 holders. They are European made (Bison),
excellent quality and dirt cheap. I prefer them over bashed up name brand
holders which usually sell for more used than the Enco stuff sells for new.

Bison also makes an ER style collet holder and collets. I have no
complaints with mine, but they are hard to find.
