I fully support Bill in his decision. While we are all impacted by the
events of today, this specific list is not the forum for the discussion
of them. We have always had the policy to keep on topic and Bill is
giving a little leaway to wander due to the gravity of the events that
happened.

I hope all list members can accept Bills decision and volunterily help
so we don't have to enforce it.
