Linux CAD/CAM

I ran across a link to a CAD/CAM site with Linux software. It is at:
http://www2.active.ch/~ribbon/
and is Ribbonsoft. This guy wrot Qcad and CAM expert. He mentions that
he used to program for the Windows OS and finds that Linux is much more
tolerable to work with.
