I have never been to a sports authority store but here are my
guesses!

Tach/encoders/ from some hi zoot treadmill
dc motor and speed control frm same
round rails/bushings from some of those "rowing" type machines
lastly, the drive control systems that operate a treadmill at a
given speed and resistance? Seems tis last one could involve feedbacks
for tach,position,total distance
Am I warm ??
