I tried playing with it also. Looks like you have to download the file
to your local system, delete it from the files section, and then upload
it to the photo section. Can't find a way to do it without the round
trip.

I have been quietly deleting some pictures that just don't seem to be
relevant any longer to free a little space, but have not had much time
to invest into it.

If anyone has any files of photos in the file section that are no longer
current or don't seem to be useful without the long passed discusion,
can you please delete them to free up some space.
