it depends on your web browser. but, in general, it looks like

It may need " around the entire string.

Your browser should have a place where you set your outgoing mail address.
In Netscape, it is in the menu Edit - Preferences - mail and Newsgroup
- Identity. Nut, Netscape automatically does this, so you must be using
something else.
