Has anyone on ths list converted a RUSNOK bench mill to CNC?? I recently
boought tweo of them in order to get the psarts I wanted to complete my own.
I now am selling one complete machine and one HEad and XY table, THEse
tables are small but have ZERO backlash, they truly move .001" when the dial
says they did my dial indicator showed it was excatly .001". When I reversed
it to 0" it also measured zero on dial indicator. I was amazed. Ususally
there is somne backlash and you have to take u the slack, always start from
the same direction, we all know the backlash scene, but these litle tables
adfre hnest to serioous zero Backlash. I now habe as I saiod a day or so ago
toomuch stuff. So lok up Rusnok on the Web, Look at www.rusnok.com Go to
Blueridge machinery or someplace and see the Prices, I am going to be
selling one complete machine and the extra universal head and XY table.
Please write off list for Details, If anyone has CNC'ed one I would be
intersted hw the managed the Z axis as it is a screw, much lke a Knee Mill.
