I musta missed this request. I didn't see any answers, but it seems like
W.M. Berg and Smallparts are your best bets for miniature mechanical parts.
I guess the ones that McMaster sells with the flange attachments are too big
for you:

You may have to cut and paste the url depending on how it gets cut
This is what I was thinking about using instead of the rubber tank treads
off of snowblowers.
