I have an SS-200 which is L297-based. If yours is also, you can do
what I did - get the L297 datasheet and trace backwards with an ohm
meter, making educated guesses when you get to the optoisolators. Or
just figure out what is ground, assume what is left over must be step
and direction, and try it both ways.
