I have a colleague who is working on variable
reluctance motor, which I understand has large step
angle and has different design characteristics. Just
wonder if anyone on the group has comments on how
different variable reluctance motors has with stepper
motors. Perhaps one can find something interesting to
tempt him into joining this crazy "cadcam cnc" addicts
group. Like perhaps adding mechanical gearing down for
better resolution?
