Button Macros

I searched back to see if this was discussed in the passed without
finding anything specific.

I'm looking for those deeply hidden treasures like the "long file name"
driver shared by Jerry Jankura. Thanks Jerry !

Button macro programs can allow one to automate or turn multiple mouse
clicks/key commands into one button push. This is especially important
when using programs that developers have either refused to put
programmable button bars in, or the program is yet evolving into the
best program ever, but user configurable buttons have not yet been
added.


I know Fred has mentioned a Button Macro program that he has used to
make various programs jump thru hoops but forgot what it was called. I
have one now called "TypeitIn". Works pretty good for system key
commands but you have to go beyond the freeware level. But, the button
size is a little large, or clumsy. I have messed a little with Power
Pro, and of course for some apps I can't live without Sensiva.
Do any of you have some of those little known programs in use ? Fred, If
you'd be so kind, can you remind me of what I may have read in the past
??
