Assuming the pulley to be made of Ali. Can you get some heat onto it without
burning everything else around it? make a tin shield to go between the motor
body and the pulley first and then apply the heat. Is the shaft rusted etc?
should you consider a new pulleyand a hacksaw or angle grinder as an answer.
