Help !!!! also 1804 Members tonight

Has anyone had any luck with either of these two files. I can get the URL
page, and also find the files, but the PDF one shows done when I try to
download it, and nothing is transferred. The other one is in .XLS form, and
does not want to open with anything I can find.
Any help would be appreciated, including sending them to me as atttachments,
maybe one would open for me then.
