Hi all,
Thanks a million for all your info... have yet another question. How
hard would it be to control a relay from the parallel port; using a G-
code command. I am trying to use a plasma torch; and upon sending the
signal to the relay, it'll turn the plasma on.
Any thoughts?
Chris
Several EMC users have grabbed one of the coolant commands (m7, m8, m9)
and have used them to turn on other stuff. You could also use the spindle
command. You would need a second parport if you use steppers for axis
motion.
