Dan,
Have a look at Dolphin.
You can drag and drop the machining sequences to utilise the correct
tools.
Another way is when you define a profile give it the same group
number as the tool. this way all you need do is select the first
profile, click the box that says "machine all same group numbers" and
it will machine all the parts defined with that tool without even
having to select them.
