How to upgrade a Enco to CNC

I am looking for stepper mount plate, belts and chain to upgrade an
Enco drill/milling machine. I spent sometime already looking on the
net and the only site that has it is the microkinetics.com but the
kits it is very expensive. It is about $600 for the kit on the x and
y axis and the z axis is about $1500. Does someone know where to find
stepper mount and all the gears and chains to upgrade an Enco to CNC?
