I just checked and it's copied correctly. It also seems to me that it
implies the opposite of what it implies to you. With decreasing values for
E, the required torque gets larger, no?

Here's another way to state it: M=(F)*(p)/(2000)*(pi)*(E) ... that is to
make clear that efficiency term is also in denominator. If E=1 you get a
smaller value for M than if E=.5, yes?
