Hi Norm,
Right here! Name's Alan. 440.85 Mhz, pl...
Actually, I might add, I didn't BUILD the router, I just posted the pix,
and studied the plans! It's built using ball bearing drawer slides,
1/4"-20 threaded rod (as I recall), and small steppers. Dan wrote the
article, but doesn't have a reprint, and as you know, Nuts & Volts owns
it. I'd put out a call for Milton; "CQ CQ CQ Milton..." ;>)
Seriously I'd contact Milton. Milton are you still listening? Or,
email me off list and I'll provide whatever info I can (for any and
all).
I *AM* working on a small PCB router (OK, so I've got a collection of
parts clamped together!), pix to be posted, but that one might be hard
to duplicate!
You might also look at:
http://hometown.aol.com/drigotti/HobbyCNC.htm
Dave has an extensive set of router plans. Uses Kirk Motion parts.
Obviously more expensive! But depending what you are looking for...
