RE vacation, CAD. was Re: CNC Etch-A-Sketch, EggBot

Hi Chris,

No, no money I'm sure! Sometimes I just like a mechanical challenge,
and work things out quite completely beforehand. The two driver/PS
projects for this vacation are an example.

The pure simplicity of Bruce's EggBot intrigues me! And it looks like a
project that kits could embrace! Who knows, it might be a good project
to offer to the Boy Scouts... The last time I did a demo for scouts, I
had my little home office/shop filled with 9 scouts, asking questions
about Ham Radio, Satellite tracking, packet radio, computers and more!
Quite an exhilarating hour (I was younger then!).

I am hopeful that we can find ways to introduce youngsters to mechanics,
electronics, computers, radio, and CNC, and help them into productive
futures!
