I believe it was quoted once.......
"the beatles are the goody/goody clean cut guys
of rock&roll....the Rolling Stones work the "piss&
grits" side of the street, sometimes in the gutter...
THAT'S the side you'll find ME on......
Here's MY post.....
Machine tool/ metal working folks:
I'm really suprized at the interest my "job shop
quoting" topic stirred up. Apparently others are
interested too. I'd start a new Yahoo group if I
thought there would be sufficent traffic to keep it
interesting. I'm sending this out and
asking for opinions. Please forward to anyone
you feel is interested.
Topics included:
(I'll just list ALL I'm interested in, and whittle
down from there so it doesent't get too broad)
CNC(retrofits,PCbased,EMC,troubleshooting,DIY,
industral electronics for CNC and machine tools)
Cad/Cam (software related to CNC, machine tool &
metal working,Job shop software)
Job shop(Q&A,setup ideas,programming,fixtures)
Home shop(cnc/converting to, DIY machines, foundry)
All machine shop and metal working topics welcome.
Encourage the folks running job shops full time to
network with each other as well as the hobbyists and
part time machinists. What topic did I miss that
interests you? Too many topics?
Let me know.....
