Bridgeport Servo Q?

Hi all,
Got a couple questions... got my Bridgeport into the garage
tonight (only fell over once, that's not scary or anything) and when it
fell the x-axis servo snapped off. When it did, the nut on the top broke
in half - does any one know where I can get one of these? It has 3
larger Allen screws and one small Allen.
The second thing is does anyone have a wiring diagram for these
units?
