I would suggest that all new members spend some time looking thru the FAQ, at
the bottom of every post sent via email. Follow up the links, and follow up
the links on each page, soon you will be very knowledgeable about what can
and is being done.
Just because some of the old timers are discussing things above your head,
don't hesitate to ask questions. remember the old timers are getting our
next systems designed for us.
