You are welcome, Jeff.

The 30% is just the grease in the available volume. The rest
is air. The time honored hand grease packing as done on
automotive wheel bearings will get you there. It is not that critical. Just
so the spaces inside the bearings have some air.
30% just happens to be optimal with many bearing manufacturer's specs.

And keep it very clean. Most ball bearings that fail are from
lubrication contamination, not metal fatigue.
