Even for vinyl cutting, Your best off having the drag knife starting and ending
on a corner node, not in the middle of a curve. Seldom does it matter The order

or out of place. I have the option to select the hpgl output as "drawn" (which
includes editing any and all vectors for direction, start point and even
depth), From left to right, right to left, top down or bottom up. But, that's
at the design software.
Obviously, when CNC Routing or machining, The "faster execution" can be a
hazard ! Its a good Idea to cut "holes" before the "profiles"...
