Welcome to all the recent new members.

First a reminder that this is a serious group, and YAK is not encouraged, and
if asked to drop a subject please do so. Also your are on a moderated
status, until I see your first post, then you are released. This is to stop
spammers to the list.

To get the most out of the list if you are a beginner, start reading way back
at the beginning, as that is when a lot of the groundwork was posted. If
some of the current is above your head, be patient they are making our new
systems for us, and improving the old ones.

I would also suggest you go to the FAQ, and the FILES section. Read
everything, follow all the links, and the links on the URL's that you find.
You will be up to speed soon with more knowledge than you can believe.
However never hesitate to ask a question to the group. The only dumb
question is the one not asked.
Please try to confine your self to the list subjects, saves me a lot of work.
